In this safe, supportive space, you’ll learn to
overcome fears that keep you from experiencing the fullness of your true nature.  In time you will allow yourself to be seen while learning to let go of critical self-judgment and toxic shame. Development of self-compassion and self acceptance are natural outcomes of therapeutic groups and provide the opportunity for you to witness the courage of other women as they, too, learn to share vulnerably, dropping the need to mask. Attention to the weekly management of mood symptoms brings personal accountability with the hopes of gradual, incremental progress.  Have you been spending too much time focused on others?  This group is for you.
