At Amanda Baker Counseling, you will be counseled by a therapist with 25+ years of experience.  I am a  Licensed Independent Professional Counselor and a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency counselor, both in Ohio for the past 10 years and before that as a Licensed Social Worker for 15 years.  Prior to working as a group psychotherapist in PHP/IOP in two hospital systems, I have worked in child welfare, family preservation, hospice/palliative care/bereavement, criminal reentry, and chemical dependency. Some of the areas I specialize in include treating adults with mood disorders, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, panic disorder, social anxiety, trauma and stress related disorders, substance abuse, codependency, grief, family conflict and difficult life transitions.

Panic Attacks
