ABOUT AMANDA BAKER COUSELING

At Amanda Baker Counseling I provide online therapy for adults throughout Ohio, with a particular focus on high-achieving professionals who are successful but struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, self-doubt, burnout, or the pressure to hold it all together.
You may be accomplished yet find yourself constantly overthinking, ruminating, questioning yourself or others. Perhaps you struggle to set boundaries or feel as though you've somehow fooled others into believing you are more competent than you are. For some people this show up as impostor syndrome. For others, it looks like chronic stress, relationship difficulties, people pleasing, or an unhealthy work-life balance.

Therapy provides a place where you don't have to perform or have the answers. Together, we can look at the patterns contributing to your anxiety and stress, strengthen your connections and relationships, and help you build a life that feels more balanced and authentic--not simply successful from the outside.

Online counseling is available to adults throughout Ohio, with an office based in Akron.
